Our company produces bent and flat-glued furniture parts: seats and backs for office and student furniture, bed slats (latoflex) and bars, pellets.
Glued furniture parts are produced by gluing veneer sheets of one size that are packaged together and at the same time by forming them.
Glued furniture parts are divided into the following main groups: bow-shaped, L-shaped, P-shaped, angled glued furniture parts, glued furniture parts with line string form, glued furniture parts with spherical form and open contour, and flat-glued furniture parts.
Elastic effect of glued furniture parts is used in production of both cheap furniture meant for wide range of clients and elite one used in the most prestigious interiors.

Our company has the certificate - CARB–09-02-26-05 for bed slats thickness 8 - 12 mm. This certificate also confirms the correspondence of our production to IKEA IOS-MAT-0003 AA-10899-8.

Package and transportation of glued furniture parts
Also our company
produces and sells Pallets
|
For transportation glued furniture parts are packed up according to shapes, purpose and dimensions in packages of no more than 20 kg.
By agreement with customer glued furniture parts can be packed up in packages of other weight according to the contract.
Each package is marked with the following information:
country of producer;
factory of producer and (or) his logo;
conventional designation of glued furniture parts;
quality of glued furniture parts in package;
designation of national confirmation sign for certified production.
When exporting additional marking is allowed.
Glued furniture parts are transported in covered trucks according to the regulations of goods freight.
