Our company produces birch and alder plywood of mark FK (water-resistant plywood). Birch plywood is considered to be of the highest quality. High physical and mechanical characteristics of birch together with its multilayered structure gives it large firmness. Birch plywood became popular among furniture producers, interior and exterior designers because of such important characteristics as warm colours and beautiful structure of wood.

Glued plywood of mark FK of higher grades is used in furniture and parquet production, plywood of lower grades is used as package material and partially in construction.

 Quality system of plywood production meets requirements of STB ISO 9001. Raw materials used in plywood production meets requirements of FSC.
Our company has the certificate - CARB–09-02-26-04 for plywood thickness 3 - 25 mm. This certificate also confirms the correspondence of our production to IKEA IOS-MAT-0003 AA-10899-8.

Limit of strength when splitting off glued layer after soaking in water during 24 hours is as follows: |
| Birch plywood | No less than 1.5 Mpa (1.5-1.8 Mpa by fact) |
| Alder plywood | No less than 1.2 Mpa (1.2-1.5 Mpa by fact) |
Package of plywood
For transportation plywood is packed up according to species, marks, emission class, kind of surface treatment and dimensions in packages of 600-720 kg. By agreement with customer plywood can be packed up in packages of other weight according to the contract.
Each package is marked with the following information:
• country of producer;
• factory of producer and (or) his logo;
• conventional designation of plywood;
• quality of sheets in package;
• designation of national confirmation sign for certified production.;
Plywood Grade Elite:
Has almost no defects. |

Plywood Grade I:
Has almost no defects, only some knitted strong knots of no more than 8 mm in diameter and some small brown veins are acceptable. |

Plywood Grade II:
Repairing of sheet surface is acceptable. Knots and visible defects are repaired with veneer insertions. Is covered with various decorative materials and colors. |

Plywood Grade III:
10 Knots of no more than 6 mm in diameter for 1 m2 of sheet surface are acceptable. |

Plywood Grade IV:
All production defects are acceptable. Numerous knots of no more than 40 mm in diameter are acceptable, strong gluing is guaranteed. Is used for production of various packages. |
