Being the chief producer of the whole woodworking branch of the Republic of Belarus,

CJSC «Holding «PINSKDREV» can produce on customers’ request safety matches with

the following specifications:

 

- matches with different match tip colour (green, red, brown);

- matches with customers’ label (2–4 colour printed adhesive label or printing on the box,

on customer’s request advertisements can be placed on the match box); 

- different types of sticker — full sticker or honeycomb sticker;

- different types of packing (paper, PP foil, carton box, shrink wrapping PVC foil).

Specifications of matches:

Box size: 51 x 37,5 x 14,5 mm with adhesive label

Label: 2–4 colour print

Average content: 45 match splints per box

Match tip colour: brown, green, red

Packing: 10 boxes in paper or PP foil

25 packs in shrink wrapping PVC foil

10 x 25 x 4 packs (it is 1000 boxes) in standard carton

Matches are made of aspen.

Car (82 m3)- 2100±100 boxes

Container (20 t)- 784 boxes

 

Storage of matches

Matchboxes are to be stored indoors at no more than +40 C, air humidity no more than

85%, to be stowed no less than10 sm from outer walls. It is impermissible to store

matches close to heating units, inflammable goods and on the same premises with easily

evaporated products (salt, vegetables etc.).

Version 1:

10 boxes in paper, 100 packs in carton box (1000 match boxes in standard carton)

 

Version 2:

10 boxes in PP foil, 100 packs in carton box (1000 match boxes in standard carton)

Version 3:

10 boxes in paper, 25 packs in shrink wrapping PVC foil, 10 x 25 x 4 packs (it is 1000

boxes) in standard carton

 

Version 4:

10 boxes in PP foil, 25 packs in shrink wrapping PVC foil, 10 x 25 x 4 packs (it is 1000

boxes) in standard carton

 

Version 5:

10 boxes in paper, 50 packs in shrink wrapping PVC foil, 2 x 500 packs in sticky tape

without carton box

 

Version 6:

10 boxes in PP foil, 50 packs in shrink wrapping PVC foil, 2 x 500 packs in sticky tape

without carton box
